I made the best decision of my career when I decided to purchase a professional face painting course through International Face Painting School back in 2019.
Never looking back, I propelled myself into the world of face and body art – like a crazy, obsessed person!
I have worked tirelessly to be good at face painting and I can tell you, for me, it doesn’t come easy! I have to really try. I have to study and continuously practice.
It’s been a while now, since I did my professional face painting course – five years to be exact! As time goes on, so does the industry. I was starting to feel like I needed a boost. I was just waiting for something to come up that I could sink my teeth into!
Well, something did come up! The International Face painting School has developed an “Online Community” that they have just released to the public. I can’t tell you how excited I was when I saw this opportunity come up!
I was sitting in my back patio when the email came through. I read it and I knew instantly, this is what I have been needing and wanting. I didn’t hesitate to purchase a yearly membership. I trust the company and I know they excel in their teachings and offer so much more than you expect.
In the community, there is a dashboard with all the “spaces” you can visit. Including, tutorials, business planning, on the job information, Halloween summits, and even a healthy lifestyle lounge! My favourite is “Circle of Growth.”
In The Circle of Growth, we get weekly tasks on a topic for 6 weeks. The first topic is, painting skulls!
Below, you will see a collage of my skulls over the years. Take note of the dates. You will also see a skull I did before a “deep dive study” and a skull I did after a “deep dive study.” What a difference!
You will see more from me in the coming weeks in regards to my learning journey. Remember my previous blog about my vision/mission? “Entertainment – Art – Education” well, I mean what I say! I believe in finding your creative passion, being entertained by it and therefore seeking education… I believe this is the key to success and a very fulfilled life!
